Marginal Quality work - nice guy, just not good quality workmanship



New carpet purchased from and installed by him needed to be repaired & stretched after only several months. Then again only a year later - carpet needs to be stretched again and was told, sorry 'I don't do that anymore'.



Was advised by a competent new flooring expert that the carpet was not properly installed and needed to be completely taken up and re-installed.



Also had couch cleaned by Suoer Lugus a few years ago, again a couple of years later by Rug' IT cleaning. What a difference - go with Rug'IT - 1000% better work for same price. Trust YELP and go with the good guys that back up their work.



Next time I'll be sure to hire a competent expert.



He's a nice, friendly guy with a good personality, but just not good at his job.
