Brought a generator end in to them for repair, as we had done before. Never had too much of a problem previously with Eurton but, if when you do have a problem, it turns out that they completely change character, like Jekyll and Hyde.

This time, it started when we went to pick up the generator. Their forklift driver had not secured it to the pallet and, still at a distance, our driver watched in horror as they dropped it from several feet up, damaging it. They said we could either leave it there for warranty repair or we could take it back and they would ship us the damaged part. They said it would be an easy repair so we opted to continue picking up the generator end and have them ship us the part. It took several months of having to persistently call -and- email them to get the part. Once it arrived, we saw that it would be impossible for us to install ourselves (involved cutting with a torch, grinding and welding, so them saying it was "easy" was an outright lie), so we requested that they accept the generator end back and install it, which they agreed to do. We again dropped it off at their location and, once done, they changed their story and, instead of performing the work under warranty, they insisted on being paid for the warranty reassembly. I cannot stress enough that they took it in saying it would be warranty and then held it for ransom until they were paid almost $500. Looking at other reviews online, it appears they lie, cheat and blackmail as a normal business practice.
