Fair pricing, and fast service. They really helped me out, where other places would have overcharged.

My truck wasn't starting and i didn't want to mess with it myself so i called around to see who would be able to get to my truck. I told them exactly what i thought needed to be done which was basically a tune up. Needed new distributor cap, rotary, plug wires and plugs. Morgan's told me they thought I was wrong and they would diagnose it and it was the fuel pump more than likely, and would get on it first thing in the morning. I figured this is their job and they're professionals so I left it with them. I call them the next day at 1 'o clock and they haven't even looked at it, they tell me we're about to get to it. I call them the next day 1 'o clock again, still haven't gotten to it. So finally the next day they tell me yeah we've got it fixed, I come pick it up the only thing they did was tighten my grounds and charge me $25 which didn't fix the problem at all, it barely started when i picked it up but i was so frustrated it took them 3 days to do nothing i just paid and left. Still having the problem I decide to fix it myself, and imagine that i was right and my truck is running great now. It's sad when you're not the most mechanically savvy person and you can diagnose better than an actual mechanic's shop. I called them today to see if i could get my $25 back since they didn't actually fix it and they hung up the phone on me. This isn't the first time I've experienced shotty service from them. I'll never take anything back to them and i strongly suggest you don't either.
