Bill knows his sh*t. He has a tool (compressor) that shoots explosions of compressed air into the ground to break up compacted soil and allow the septic system to drain. We were told we needed a whole new field - thousands of dollars to rectify a serious leech field issue. Bill fixed it in no time. Could not be a bigger advocate for Bill Dolan.

From the moment i made the phone call to set up an apportionment I received amazing customer service! Laura was a pleasure to talk to and assured me Bill would be out within the hour to pump out our tank. Not only did he come within the hour on a holiday but went above and beyond. What we thought was a simple pump out turned into being quite the project however Bill took the time to genuinely help us out and can’t thank him enough for what he did for us. There are not many people who would do something like that and we are eternally grateful. It is safe to say we will continue to call Dolan Septic for years to come.
