They (she) did not know if they could deliver the day I called because they were closing soon. I asked for a phone call, yes or no, either way. Did not receive one. She did let me know during initial call that they would be there by 9am the next morning. At 9:50am the next morning, I had not heard from them, not even a phone call. Therefore, I hired a different company, and cancelled service with this one. No PR skills.
