I had one of the worst experiences dealing with this company. I paid for a carpet in full up front, was told will be delivered in a few days, paid top dollar (checked the price elsewhere afterward and was cheaper) and the most arrogent people ever. I called every other day to check on the status after a week went by and the guy tells me he will call me when it arrives and hangs up, he does not even want to talk. This is the worst experience ever, meanwhile I had my room all cleared out, old carper removed and waiting for almost 4 weeks to get the carpet. I will never by their again.
