I purchased tires from them a little over a year ago. They wore out 45k miles before the warranty expired. I spoke with the shop numerous time and they were to get the warranty paperwork all done and get them replaced. They always had an excuse as to when we could get in there for the warranty. They never call back dispite me calling daily. This shop does not follow their word or stand behind products they sell. I have been a very good customer of theirs for years and will not return.

Store manager Scott Gerhart was the most polite knowageable person I ever had the privlage doing bussiness with he explained my check engine light codes in detail and resolved my problem quickly and charged a lower price than anyone else. The company is lucky to have Scott , Thanks again for all you help. Sincerily Barry

I will never go back there again. I just went in for an oil change and alignment. I was told it would be about one hour and 20 mins. Not only did no one tell me it would be 3 hours but everytime I went up to the counter they ignored me as if i wasn't even there. An hour and a half later I wanted to know how much longer it would be so I wouldn't sit there, and no even acknowledged the fact that I was there trying to get someone's attention. Worst customer service! I dont like being lied too. If its going to take longer at least let me know so i can go out and not have to sit there wondering how much longer it will take. I will never go back there again!



I do want to add that the Monro Muffler Brake on Tilghman St in Allentown is only 10 min away from this one and they have very good customer service there. I have gone there numerous times and have never been disappointed. Thought they would all be the same but that is not the case here.
