I tried them out because of wanting to learn about some finer details in my reporting. While the advice was not bad, the accuracy of my return was neglected in a very simple way, which has caused me ongoing problems with the IRS. They did refund half of my fee because I complained, but I think they should be doing more to help me. I am handling it on my own because they told me it would be easier that way. That may be, but I have to handle it because of their error which annoys me. I will never go to them again for tax prep.
