My daughter has been going here since it first opened & I love it. She is excited every day when I wake her up & tell her it's time for school. She skips around the house talking about how she can't wait to see her friends. Once a year the teachers schedule sit down parent teacher meetings & it's very easy to get a hold of her teachers to address the smallest concerns. I love this daycare!

A program that is not willing to listen and address your concerns regarding your child and even dismiss your child WITHOUT notice. When your child complains of tummy aches, or says he/she doesn't want to go to school, doesn't want you to leave at drop off, and is acting out at daycare, then you know something in the room is wrong. Try and try and try to get to the bottom of it but be prepared to be met with deaf ears. When you try to get to the bottom of it, the teachers and the directors (who in 6 months changed 3 times!) they talk a pretty game but nothing changes. And with all this, NOT ONCE do they mention potential dismissal! If you are a single, working parent dependent on daycare (heck, any family dependent on reliable daycare for that matter), BEWARE of being in the lurch for daycare when your child gets discharged with ABSOLUTELY NO WARNING!
