Poor representation, never returns phone calls, lies to workers comp court about amount of contact he’s had with me. Once they received their bulk of payment that was requested at hearing, they have no further interest in helping you with any future questions or appeals.
Entire practice from attorneys down to receptionist are extremely rude, and they don’t appreciate the clients that keep them employed! If you’re severely injured and think you’re going to need long term representation this absolutely STAY AWAY!!

this is the worse place where you can go, i they don't work for the clients , it look to me, that they really works for the insurance co, very unprofessionals if you wants be successful with your case go somewhere else

A year and a half ago I signed papers for Mr, Bellone to represent me in a Workmans Comp case. Since that time there has been little or no contact from him, and he has never returned any of my phone calls. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Wish there was a negative star rating....

I am apparently this mans client. I met with him for a workmans comp case. He said he could help me and that I have a case. He had me sign papers to retain him as well as sign papers for an emergency hearing. That was 2 months ago!!!!! I have called and left a number of messages for him to return my call so I know what is going on. HE HAS NEVER RETURNED MY CALL! I called two days ago and left yet another message with his secretary who might I add is very unprofessional! I said to her if he doesn't want my business then I will take it elsewhere because he hasn't returned a call in 2 months! I would steer clear of the attorney!
