Very useless with poor customer service. Never book with this company for anything. Even with reference number in hand they still send u away just because you chose to print your ticket and had problems printing it. The rating should start from 0 because u don't even deserve a 1. Even when u call, this people never pick up the phone. This company simply set u up to miss your bus so they can take your money. They simply take advantage of their non refundable fares.
