Provided by YP.comA month ago I had a fire at my business and lost my phone service. When I called customer service I was transfered overseas and had a difficult time explaning my situation to customer service as they did not understand my explanation of the situation. I was trying to have my phone service forwarded to my cell phone. There only answer was to activate call forwarding from the business line, which no longer exsists. Again I told them my situation and asked if they could due it for me, same answer, time and time and time and time and time again. Eventually I finally get a call from there repair department (NY State) and explain the situation again. No problem I can do that for you, and five minutes later I had call forwarding. They say they do it as a courtesy while a repair ticket is open. Then they ask me questions about the phone system like I am a phone installer, expecting me to know what is damaged or not. A technician goes out verifies it cannot be fixed due to the fire. They then close my repair ticket ending my call forwarding. I call NY again and talk to a tech, and am told they do offer remote call forwarding and that they will rush it through due to my situation. Two days later and still no call forwarding. I have left four unreturned messages, and now everytime I call I get an answering machine saying they are all busy including the operator. So I still wait with no call forwarding slowly going out of business all because of Cordia Communications. Stay with Verizon!
