Pleasant contractor; good overall installation but lacking in customer service follow through. Our fence has brought rave reviews to the neighborhood but we have an ongoing problem with our two gates being neither aligned properly nor locking securely. My 3 large dogs, for whom the fencing was installed, continue to escape and we have had to stack cinder blocks in front of the gate bases, thoroughly unacceptable for the price we paid without question. The installation was nearly nine months ago and we have yet to have the problem corrected nor does he return phone calls.
