Don't deal with these people! Convicted of fraud and seven other crimes in Baltimore County Court!

Beware!!!! Owner Peter Ireland convicted of fraud and 8 other counts in Baltimore County civil court. The conviction was for a home improvement project done in White Marsh MD. Do your home work. Look up the civil convictions to verify. Don't use this crook for any work!

We hired Piescape to regrade our property to prevent water from flowing down the cellar steps into the basement. First, they started several weeks after promised start date. The bill have added charges not on estimate. Shortly after the completion of the job the basement flooded twice. Piescape acknowledge our emails detailing the problem but never followed up. Then summer hit. No rain - no problems. Ignored emails about reseeding lawn where grass did not grow, Now fall time. First storm basement flooded again, Neither neighbor had water in basement. Once again emails ignored. Currently, in process of legal action. Avoid at all costs.

Once they got here the work was done in both a professional and timely manner. He worked with me on my budget and the foremen were knowledgeable and friendly and the work was excellent. I love my new addition to my house and would certainly use them again.
