This company billed me for an item i did not purchase at a cost of about $12.00. They then tallied up over 100 dollars in interest charges. Took me to the magistrate and as i was extremely busy with work i could not make the hearing and they were able to secure a judgement against me. The Constable just left with a check for over $450.00 for this $12.00 item. When i asked them to provide proof that i made this purchase as previous transactions required my signature, they stated they did not have one but the counter person "remembered it was one of your employees" who made the purchase. The funny part is this purchase was made in November of 2012 and my employee was laid of the month earlier. I was in this store countless times along with my wife after this date and this "purchase" was never mentioned or anything stated to us that money was owed. They have lost my business and i will tell everyone who will listen on how they have wasted time and money over a items that was less than $20.00. Bob Tunnessen, you need to take a hard look at what you have going on, pushing customers away does not seem like smart business.

I am from out of town and my car broke down close by, when I called I spoke to Sean and he was very helpful looking up the parts I needed for the repair he made sure he had them in stock and held them for me. good customer service. Didn't look around the store but it looked nice.
