Great young man that lives in RISON came out and found the problem in about 30 seconds. Took everything out of the inside, didn’t know the inside had so many parts. Made repairs and said if that didn’t fix the problem call him. When I read the reviews on this page I thought we had made a mistake. I though as many service calls as they make and most of the time people that write a review are upset with the service. Very few bad reviews for the amount of calls the make. If needed we will use them again.

Completely ridiculous.... We bought a new refrigerator from Lowes with warranty, low and behold the motor on the ice maker went out only after 4 months of purchase. We called Lowes to have someone come fix it and they set up an appointment with Carl & Sons. A younger gentleman came out and looked at it and told us he needed to order some parts and never heard back from him. My husband called Lowes back and they set up another appointment with Carl & Sons. Same thing happened.... the woman on the phone for Carl & Sons was nothing but rude. My husband called to figure out when they might come because I have cancer and am home alone and he wanted to make sure he was there. Without asking who she was speaking with she told him you just have to wait on them to show up. So we waited.... they never showed nor called. My husband called Carl & Sons to speak with the manager only to find out the rude woman was the manger. She told my husband that the parts were on the mechanics truck and he would come when he came.... horrible customer service! Don't use them! Very sad!

Did fix my ice maker to the tune of $350, but broke my light switch. I called, they said they would send someone over to fix. Two weeks later, no fix. Will now have to call an electrician. Do not recommend this business,

The WORST customer's service I have ever witnessed!!! What I have witnessed, no follow-up. I received calls when they are about 10 minutes out. What about supplying foot cover-ups. I have gotten mud over my floors. I waited over a month for parts. When the technician did come, he only had one part. Nothing was written down, so he forgot to order the other part. I have been waiting for over two weeks for the other part and I was told two days by the technician. WHAT ABOUT PAPER WORK!!

I'll make this short and sweet. This place sucks. Don't waste your time or money dealing with them. Worst customer service I've ever witnessed. They really don't even deserve a star.
