Loved this place! Everyone who worked here including the owner were very helpful in helping me find the right vacuum best suited for my asthma! They took time, used personal expertise and made a special product just for me. Their prices were the best in the market too! So happy to find such great service.

I called to ask if they could get a part which I already knew needed replacement. I had found 7 companies online showing it in stock. I had the Hoover part number. I am not an idiot but the man on the phone merely kept saying "bring it in", "bring it in" and we'll let you know what it needs. I am quite adept at explaining myself yet this person at this store was refusing, or perhaps, incapable of listening to a customer. Sure, MAYBE I was wrong, or the machine might actually need additional parts. Never-the-less, there was no excuse for refusing to answer my initial and specific query as to the true availability of the ONLY visible part that I could see was broken. The floor scrubber works fine. Just a plastic piece on the front was broken. I do not like any company that is so unwilling to answer a question nor so insistent on getting someone to drive 40 minutes to be told they are not an idiot. THUS, I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I have always had the best of luck with the Guys at Dupage Vacuum I recently purchased a new Riccar Vacuum from them after using a Hoover for over 20 years. They took the time to show me all of my options and put together the vacuum and threw in some extras. Its nice to know that there still are some place where you can get personalized service. Thanks

I am so excited I just received my rug from Dupage Vacuum. I had it cleaned and it is like a brand new rug. I dropped it off told them about the offel stain i had and they thought they could get it out. A week later I received my rug and it was completely gone. It is like a new rug. And no more cat smell. I am going to bring all of my rugs here. They were so friendly their too. They know there stuff. Thank you Dupage Vacuum.
