For about 7 years the service was pretty good and the past two weeks half of my trash was not picked up. I called and left a message,a call was not returned until the next day and I was told the bundles of branches were to big and the trash was to far down the driveway. Told them that on their bill there was no info on their requirements. I was advised it was so I told the person on the phone I needed to get the bill. When I got the bill I found he was correct, he hung up on me before I could apologize, however , it was only the last three billings this information was provided and it was on the back of the bill. Anyway, I followed the instructions on the bill by rebundeling the branches and in order to comply with not putting my trash more than 3 feet from the curb, it was necessary for me to place the trash on both sides of the driveway. When I talked to the service for not picking up 1/2 the trash again I was told that I purposely placed the trash on both sides of the driveway. Correct, I purposely place the trash on both sides of the driveway to comply with their requirements. I know I am only one customer and who needs my business. This certainly is the impression they gave me. I don't know if there was a change in ownership, management or what, but their customer service went from good to unacceptable.
