They have always treated us with the utmost respect and treat us as though we are their only customers. The Mechanics at Casmans Automotive have always found time to Perform Repairs wheather I was on the schedule or not. They have always treated me as if I was there only Customer. Like Today - My Battery Light Came on, the Office staff asked one of the Mechanics if it would be possible to fit me in, & they did. My Vehicle was Diagnosed & Repaired Before Close of Business. I Could Not Ask for more.

I took my truck in thinking I had a cracked oil pan, I saw my car go in and up on the rack, two minutes later it came off the rack...Nathaniel, the office jocky came in the office and told me the plug was loose and they tightened it up with no charge. I am a new customer of Casman's because of a friend's referral. I needed help diagnosing a problem with my Jeep and decided to schedule an appointment. Everyone was professional, helpful and polite in recommending a repair. Additionally, the service cost was exceptionally reasonable. Overall, I am pleased with Casman's Automotive and expect to return the next time I need some work done.

I have used Casmans for many years to service my SUV, Truck and Jeep. They are reliable and have always given me an honest response to what the vehicle needs and never tried to hard sell me on any service. When there is work needed, it is always well explained and the quote accurately prepared prior for my authorization and prior to them starting any work. As such there are no unexpected charges. A important thing to note is Casmans has been in Wheat Ridge for decades and for good reason. You are greeted by the same people and they know your vehicle well. Casmans serves as a reminder of good business practice focused on customer service and built on strong morals and work ethic. I have always and will continue to recommend Casmans to friends and family.
