My name is Patricia and i called rditech about a pc problem i was having, I had a technician come to my house and he fixed the pc problem i was having and went above and beyond the call of duty he also tuned my pc removed virus's which by the way did'nt even knew that i had he was so helpful and kind. Later that week i had a small issue and called in and he helped me thru a on-screen session and was able to show me what to do and did'nt even charge me for that. I would absoulotly recommend this business to anyone.

Omg i wish i had used this company in the past for all my computer problems the best there is. I had a tech named robert come to my house to fix my computer he was very understanding,patient with me,helped me and answered all my questions i had, He knew everything about electronic's it seemed like he also fixed my android phone that i dont know how to use and helped me to understand it better. When he was done charged me almost nothing i would recommend this company to anyone who needs the computer fixed! A+++++++
