I have gone to 3 different places to get fit with hearing aids, all of them treated me like a customer but at family hearing care center they did not treat me like a customer, they treated me like family, I felt that they were really concerned about my problem and they really wanted to help me. Dr. John Klefeker, I have never seen somebody like him, he makes you feel special!, he's a great Doctor! I got fitted with my hearing aids there 2 years ago and I can hear much better when I wear them. I just wanna give a big THANKS to Dr. John and all The staff that works there! Tiago.
