Terrible customer service!

Ski Haus is the best place in the Greater Pittsburgh area to buy all of your winter gear and supplies. Everything in the store is priced to sell and the deals are tremendous. I especially love their ski swap sale, which enables you to sell your old pair of skis or boards and buy a new pair at a discounted price. Their facebook page is the absolute best way to keep in touch with all of the new sales that are happening so that you can get a first look at the new stock. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, which can really make the difference on your experience. Overall I give Ski Haus a 10/10 for their exceptional service and outstanding prices.

Love the ski swap event! Was able to outfit all of my kids with used items for a great price. Really nice selection of new equipment, skis, boots, helmets.
