Nothing is more aggravating than seeing online and on the door to a business that they close at 7 pm and arriving at 6:43 and all of the lights were off in the lobby and doors were locked. If you close before 7, change your hours on the door and online!!!!!!!!!!

Very quick visit which is highly unusual in today's times. Staff was very friendly, Dr. Floyd is an excellent doctor. Would recommend Urgent Care over Pri-med hands down.

Have to visit here occasionally on the weekends for my 7yr old daughter. Great care and friendly staff.

I love Dr. Floyd and Dr. Aldrich and followed them from Primed to Urgent Care. I have a primary care physician but I have to take off from work in order to see him and often there is a several days wait. Going to Urgent Care is convenient since I live here in Wetumpka. The thing is -- there is at least one "fill in" doctor that definitely does not need to be seeing patients. I feel like he talked down to me and demanded to know why I had not been to see my primary care doctor. Is that really something he needs to be asking me. I think he was angry that it was the 4th time I had been to Urgent Care with bronchitis and the flu. I just started a new job and the last thing I need to is to take off. I will say that I left a message with the staff for Dr. Floyd to call me regarding a problem I had in their office the other day and it has been several days ..... and no return call yet. I hate it but if Dr. Floyd and Dr. Aldrich are not aware of what is going on in their office and they are not willing to return a phone call when a patient who has seen both of them for probably close to 20 years has a problem in their office, I will most likely not be returning to Urgent Care. When someone is sick is not the time for their staff (and fill-in drs.) to be ugly to patients. Rant over!

They very good with the patients.
I really recommend them.

Dr. Floyd is excellent, knowledgeable, caring and he has great sense of humor. I left All Med Physicians because he left and I am following him and Dr. Aldridge who is kind and nice. The staff is patient and courteous and the waiting time is maybe 20 minutes. They are fast!
