I asked them to do what I considered a simple job and they ruined it. Please be aware that this is only a copy shop. Do not expect them to do a professional quality print job. You're better off using your home printer or Kinkos. To add insult to injury, their customer service is non-existent. They were not willing to try to correct the problem without further expense to me. In fact, this is a direct quote from an email sent to me by the owner: "If you want a professional appearance, then you should let the printer do the type set and printing." She will tell you she can do the job, but don't let her do it, if you care what it looks like. I would have given it a rating of zero stars, but that was not an option.
