I received a quote for the annual window washing from this company, made an appointment (several weeks) and when they came, they started saying that windows are not standard and that they quoted for "double hung" windows, asking us to pay 3x more than quoted. I wonder where they got the idea that all windows are like that, and after I explained what our windows were... Lost time, bad experience with this service...

I called around and got quotes for the annual window washing. This company gave a OK price, sounded professional. Made an appointment (several weeks) but when they came, they started saying that windows were "not standard" and that they quoted for "double hung" windows, asking us to pay 3x more than quoted. I wonder where they got the idea that all windows are like that, and especially after I explained what our windows were when getting the quote...From the new "correct" quote they left: "Crank windows: 9 $180": we actually have just 4 (2x2) cranks... What a loss of time...
