Zero stars should be an option. Russ Rougeau = Worst realtor ever. First contacted him in January 2015 to sell my oceanfront condo. By July, there had been two open houses maybe three requests for showings (and that is being generous). Granted, he took it off the market for a few months when it became clear that the current tenant who was interested in buying the unit could not obtain financing. More than once, he asked what I was going to do if it didn't sell, encouraging me to do a short sale. I am 98% sure he was looking for an easy sale and put little to no effort into marketing and selling the place. I had to ask him to do basic things to market the place, such as posting a more favorable initial photo than a blurry pic of the front of the bldg. um, how about a lovely view of the ocean from the front porch? I could go on, but suffice it to say, the guy is not very good at his job. Very, VERY disappointed.
