I move to a new home on june 1 2017 call for a trash can for three week got the run around from the representives for four week. Called again on last monday amd spoke with Trinice Ricks. She very patient she went to every step to make i we got trash cans . She followed up and call me the next to make sure the trash can were delivered . She is and outstanding customer service representative. I also spoke with the supervisor Ms. T Adams telling the outstanding job this lady had done. They will follow up to make sure the customer has what need . Great team work.
