I am sending this note to say thanks for the help that you have given me and the close attention that you have paid to the details involved with my homeowners insurance. It is truly refreshing to deal with someone as diligent, polite and concerned as yourself. Your goal is obviously to reassure your clients in their sense of security with your insurance agency and there is no doubt that you are successful in that regard.

I have had insurance through FIC Insurance Agency for several years. The staff has always been very knowledgable and helpful in explaining how I can save a little bit of money each year on my renewal of homeowner's insurance. Good friendly service and I would recommend them for all types of insurance.

Nice staff, very helpful and they helped me understand my homeowners coverage and saved almost $1000. I now have been going to them for 2 years and i have no complaints about them or their services. Thanks again.

Me and my husband redid our budget and wanted to lower our expenses especially with the new twins we just had. We searched online in weston florida and came across a local family owned insurance agency with good reviews. I stopped by and got a very warm feeling from the owner and staff and immediately knew that I would like to do business here. They reviewed our homeowners policy and realized we were overpaying by about $800 a year. With a few minor adjustments I was able to lower our premium, which was great. They know a lot about insurance and were conveniently located off of Weston road. I am very happy getting to know FIC insurance and their staff, and we will continue to refer business to them. This is a fantastic office to work with, everyone here is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of service at Peter's agency shows they actually care about their clients, and they clearly explain any coverage options so you can make an informed decision. The staff here always work hard to find the lowest possible rates, while making sure the clients needs are met. Everyone should have an agent like FIC Insurance, highly recommended!

In the past years I had a couple of insurance claims, and the staff took care of it. I would most certainly refer them to other friend who need an insurance agency.

Best value in town! I have all my policies with Joanne and she really does an outstanding job finding the best prices and policies! The entire staff is helpful and attentive and are always eager to help you. I also see her and her staff contributing to comunity events. Like a good neighbor... she is there! Incredible service!!! I needed to transfer my car insurance from Ohio. It has been a while since I have reviewed my plan so Sam walked me through the details and explained how to think about it now that I'm living in Weston, Florida. He also advised me to make an appointment at the BMV so that I don't spend an entire day waiting to transfer my title and driver's license.
