ALL THE BARBERS ARE GOOD AND VERY POLITE AND PROFFESIONAL... THEY EVEN DO OLD TIME HOT TOWEL SHAVES.. ITS LIKE WALKING BACK IN TIME YOU CAN REALLY TELL CARL TOOK GREAT CARE IN BUILDING THIS BARBERSHOP.... WHAT A COMFORTABLE ATMOSPHERE FOR ALL AGES. I took my son to Carl's shop on Sunday. I can say for a fact that the guy in the number 13 chair is a total hack. I mean a butcher. I can't believe that they let a guy like that work there. I gave him instructions on the hair cut. The barber looked at me and acknowledged the instructions. He proceeded to cut my son's hair how he wanted. I couldn't believe that this guy pays his bills doing this for a living. I complained to management and they offered to have someone else fix it. How do you fix a fade where the barber goes two inches above where he should have been? The only way to fix that is to use a number one on top of his head. If I wanted that I would do it myself at home and save $18. To add insult to injury they made me pay full price for the hack fest. Go to Carl's barber if you want but, you'd better get the name of a barber that knows what they're doing. I think if management is bad then the place can't be very good.
