3Metas team is very friendly and professional. We have been working with them for more than 6 months and we have not had any problems. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the re-design of my website by 3Metas. It has been several years now that I did not feel connected with my previous website - it was cold and looked typical of other companies which is what you get when you use a template-type website design. However, 3Metas me and helped me identify a design that is personalized, warm and easy to browse. Thus far, my past clients who have visited the website like the look & feel of it, and so do I. I would highly recommend 3Metas to any business/individual for their Internet marketing needs.

I was a newbie in the whole area of ​​website development. In 3Metas are consummate professionals, they worked with me and they explained to me the problems that my website had. They were very patient as I had to wait to contact the original developers and explain each of the problems.

Subject: Buyer Beware – Project Abandoned

We met Juan Carlos Pelaez and his wife Yuliana Merchan through an ad we placed on Indeed looking for a software architect. We initiated a project with his company mid 2016 and as of August 2017, we have paid $37,376.50 in invoices to 3metas for developing our project. The project was never finished. We were never late in paying his company and the time of writing this review, we owe them no monies. This is a not a review about money, it is a review about lack of professionalism and business principles.

We are very dissatisfied with our experience with 3metas because of the way Juan Carlos and his wife abandoned our project, causing us great loss and financial harm. Instead of being upfront and expressing their intent in not working on the project, they chose to extend our suffering and drag the project along for 2 months with very little progress and lots of excuses.

Juan Carlos and his wife Yuliana reported on 3 occasions that persons they hired to work on tasks related to our project quit and they explained that for that reason they were unable to advance our work and deliver on time. It seems to us after observing their company dynamic over the course of the project, that they hire people at very low rates around $12-$15/hr and push them hard on complex tasks to their limits and eventually these people get tired of slaving and quit.

We lost 3 good team members like this. Towards the end, we even offered to pay these salaries directly and at a higher rate to avoid eating away at Juan Carlos’ bottom line. We never denied 3metas the opportunity to make money and bill as long as the work was being delivered on time and on point as agreed.

Please be careful when giving this company any work. Be very specific about completion and include strict performance and late penalties.

So at this point, we can only try to let other people know about our experience through this honest review.

My laptop had a big problem with a virus, I brought the computer there and they removed it. The laptop works great at the moment
