Very disappointed in the service at this store. I stopped in at the Westmont Paint and Decorating store located at 6370 S Cass Av, Westmont, IL 60559 this afternoon and asked for some help picking out an appropriate roller for touching up some paint on my wall. I indicated the Benjamin Moore color code, and the older guy (maybe the manager) said "we have no idea what kind of paint you have. You need to be specific!" I asked him what sort of paint does one typically get when ordering a Benjamin Moore paint from the color wheel, and he said it could be any one of five different types. Fair enough, but then while I was talking to the younger guy, the manager dude interupts us and starts asking his associate questions for another customer. In short, the customer service is dismal at this store and you're much better off finding another Benjamin Moore location.
