I have had nothing but positive experiences with Pratima at Tranquil Passage. She has a gentle, healing touch and uses quality products that have greatly improved the look and feel of my skin.

I'm going to have to agree with the person below. It was a wonderful facial, but the sales pitch at the end completely negated any merit to the facial. I was told that all powders are bad for faces (they're NOT), and that if I didn't buy her products my face would become poor again. She said all my products were bad and hers would do all these magical things and they were "cheap." Yeah, not at $40 a pop. You can buy them ALL on Amazon for way cheaper. My BS meter was going off the chart. Would not recommend. I'm still upset over it.

I came here because I had a groupon for a facial. The facial was fine, but not worth the original price! Let me get to the service; I've never been so disrespected in my life. I came here for a facial not to be given attitude and told what I SHOULD buy and how much!! This lady got mad that I didn't buy any products and told me if I didn't buy from her my face would look like crap. When I said I would have to get back to her because I didn't want to buy her $40+ products. She told me she could ship them to me but it'd better be for more than 1 product ( exact words) Oh and all product sales are final! No samples given, was only told it will work. Was given no advice. Nothing. Since I didn't buy anything, she didn't want anything to do with me. I will never be pushed to buy anything and then be disrepected. Word of advice: she just wants your money. Don't go here. Go somewhere where they want to help you and doesn't get mad if you can't afford their products!

I enjoyed her 3-day Body Rejuvenating Program. Everything was so organized. Pratima is very focused, rhythmic - almost poetic in her touch. My life is now falling in place with a great deal of clarity and less anxiety.

I have been getting monthly facials, all around the World, for more than 15 years. Since I started seeing Pratima at Tranquil Passage a year and a half ago, my skin has never looked better - clear, smooth, and glowing. Pratima is excellent!
