In April 2015, I inquired about a 2016 4Runner TRD Pro. My current Ford lease was expiring in 5 months and I assumed I would be able to get this vehicle by then. Unfortunatley, it was not available and I leased another Ford Explorer. I asked to remain informed when this vehicle would become available and Christine Gao consistently contacted me inquiring if I would still be interested if/when a TRD Pro became available (17 emails and several phone calls during that span). Clearly this vehicle is a rare commodity, so when one finally became available (August 2016 - 17 months later), I said I was very interested, but I was in this other vehicle. Christine, Mustafa & Joe all found a way to get the deal done and I could not be happier! The manager Joe was very straight forward and easy to deal with...Christine was extremely persistent and very nice...Mustafa was referred to me by a close friend and he was the easiest new car salesman that I have ever dealt with!..Thank You!!
