Worked there for three years saw horrible things. Day program workers Would drive to parks to smoke and let all the clients sit on the bus to wait. I have seen group home workers dragging clients along on their own personal shopping trips. Have seen employees give meds without med training completed. Employees have done things like taunting clients and did not get fired.
