HORRIBLE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS! Delivered a damaged and rusted part to my repair shop and consequently cost me $$$ in labor to fix Stadium's error. There website, phone, everything indicates top quality, clean, inspected parts - Don't believe them; It's a LIE! The repair shop even noted the poor condition of the parts on the invoice. After weeks and weeks on the phone, repair shop calling, me calling, and Stadium making promise after promise to pick up the core THAT day, the core was never picked up. Shop finally had to dispose of the core. Took multiple calls and weeks on the phone to get the core refund. Stadium eventually agreed to provide a minor credit for the condition of the part (nowhere near enough to cover my added expenses), and has yet, two months later to make any sort of adjustment. Again, call after call has been made (more than 20 calls over four months) with no return call. Even after agreeing to provide a credit, when you can actually get ahold of someone, it has been excuse after excuse - and still no action . . . how do these people even stay in business??? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We needed a part for my truck - after searching for months Stadium Auto Parts found and shipped the part to Chicago! I'm back on the road and happy. Thank you Stadium

your web site says that your are open on Saturdays your phone says you are closed on Saturdays
