Their commitment to me as their "customer" ended at the sale.

My washer was delivered and there was something wrong with it. The delivery team couldn't test it because it needed to warm up after being out in the cold weather. I called my sales person who told me that because I hadn't purchased their service contract, I had to call the manufacturer for warranty service. They had just delivered that day.

This store does not stand behind their products and they wash their hands of you as soon as they drop off the appliance. I will never purchase from this retailer again. Steer clear.

This is scam I would never ever buy a appliance from this place again ..The employees at this location , Thornton are the worse, the products brake down in days I bought a washer,dryer,dish washer they says are brand new and their not at all ..
