This company has terrible business practices. After they assessed our home, they assured us they were able to install the stained glass. We provided a deposit, then a week later they called saying they are unable to do the job, and they refuse to refund our deposit. Stay far away from this company.

Jan did a great job on our stained glass for our front doors. She came out to our house and helped us choose a design that would go well with our style of home. She has done other homes in our neighborhood which look incredible. We would definitely use her again. We have received many compliments on our front door.

I just want to thank Jan and her employees for doing such a great job on my kitchen windows. We are so happy. It makes the whole kitchen beautiful and we're very glad we did this. Everyone at the stained glass castle was so friendly and conscientious. We felt well cared for and respected through the whole process. We plan to do more business with them. I was looking for Stained Glass for my front door. When I saw the Castle on Beach Blvd. I stopped. Jan the owner is a great lady. She knows her business and was so helpful. I told her want I wanted and she did the art work and it was perfect. If you need Stain Glass for any thing go the CASTLE on Beach Blvd. Westminster Ca. Jan will take care of all your questions and make you a wonderful stain glass work of ART. Dianna

Woman is talented, but certifiable crazy and dishonest. Refused to refund me $100 when she couldn't find the second stained glass of a pair we bought when I forgot to initially take the receipt even though she knew full well I had paid her $200. Treated me like a liar when the liar was staring at her in her mirror. That and she will give you all kinds of unsolicited psychological advice when she is clearly the one in need of therapy. Stay away. The woman lives only with dogs and cats because they are the only ones who could stand it.

Wow, this second set of windows I got from Jan at the Stained Glass Castle - are even more spectacular - if you can believe it. Jan has been so helpful and friendly to me throughout my years of remoldeling. And, a special shout out for the Extra Decorating and Lifestyle ideas she gave me for free. Thanks to all you great people at the Castle - for really caring about the customer!! I highly recommend you all and the beauty you ve created makes me happy every day as I walk through my house.

I honestly can't believe they are still In business! Jan is the worse!! Full blown argument with her over my broken stain glass!!!

It was such a delight working with the Stained Glass Castle staff. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I am so happy with the design that Jan created for me. It is the most beautiful angelic Angel I have ever seen.
