We are thrilled with our new mattress and bedroom set from Sit 'N Sleep. We purchased the new Sealy Optimum Radiance Memory Foam/Gel mattress & foundation. We noticed a beautiful dresser and night stand at the store and asked about purchasing the entire bedroom set. We were told they discontinued orders for this set but we could buy the floor samples. Since there was only a dresser/mirror and one nightstand, the salesman, David, had to call several stores to locate a Cal King bed and another nightstand. He located what we needed and gave us a good price for the package. When we got home I checked the price of the mattress and it was less than the cost I saw at most retailers online. The bedroom set which was discounted due to being floor sample and had some minor scratches seemed good but I checked online and found a better price for brand new. I called Sit 'N Sleep and our salesman was not there so I spoke to Christopher Vo. He asked me the online store info, verified, then deducted more off so they could beat that online price. The price included tax, delivery and set up at no additional charge. When they brought the furniture in, it was brought to our attention that the headboard was missing a big chunk of wood. I panicked because we bought sight unseen as we were told only minor surface scratches may be present. I called Sit 'N Sleep right then before they could set up the bed and our salesman was not there, however Christopher Vo was very eager to help with the situation. He said don't worry, let them set up the bed and he will find another and have it exchanged. He called us each day for three days letting us know he was still trying to find the Cal King headboard. Finally he informed that he was unable to locate a floor sample, but would order us a brand new headboard. We received it about one week later and it was changed out no problem. We really appreciated the great customer service Christopher provided. He made sure we were happy and well taken care of. I would recommend them highly.
