I had great experience with bros Abid Allatif & Ahmad during this 2011 Hajj, i heard and read some concerns from customers that had prior experience with them but after i made my research, i realized that all companies will have some kind of complaints no matter what. i believe every company tries to do the right thing; but managing a number of people in the huge crowd during Hajj is a challenge for all. i do not believe that mistakes are meant to be intentional. All hotels, dates & airlines were as promised (which in my opinion are the important factors). Mr Abed Allatif & Ahmad had made an extra ordinary effort during this Hajj season to avoid mistakes from the past. I will definitely consider Taibah Tours if invited again to Mecca. I gave a rating of 4 because i believe there could be some improvement in the bus arrangements.

I will NOT recommend this agency to ANYBODY. He told me the package includes breakfast. We had breakfast only in Madinah. In mecca there was NO RESERVATION in the hotel we suppose to stay!! can you imagine arriving to mecca and not having any hotel? on our way back our ticket was scheduled somehow that we had to stay in Dubai for 32 hours with NO HOTEL. to top everything off, the airline charged us 350 dollars extra when we wanted to come back. And this guy DID NOT REFUND us even a penny. A very dishonest person who is running his business from home. He really destroyed the joy of umrah for us.
