I listed my house at Calyx Capital and the agents were absolutely pro-active. They were well cooperative and outstanding agents. A+!

Missed out on a great house due to both agent (Kathy Vuong license #01438797) and brokers' poor work ethics.



My wife and I have been looking at houses and found a great one. We had everything in hand, such as pre-approval letter along with a 25% down, which is well qualified especially in this market and economy. We made numerous calls to the agent and the broker. The contact info was found at their website (http://www.jeunitedrealty.com/) and the sign outside the house. We also offered a higher than the asking price. Our agent couldn't even get a hold of the seller's agent who was Kathy Vuong. The day that we did receive a call from Kathy was the day that she told us the house was going through escrow at their asking price. Why not pick up a phone or return our messages and allow the seller to accept a higher offer from us? Either this company is lazy or it was an inside job with a bias agent and broker. Very unprofessional company.
