This place is a joke management is awful wont come fix anything the doors fall off something always need to be fixed neighbors smoke heavy dope and you smell it in your apartment fuse box sparks and will shock you when the air goes out you put a work order in for repairs it'll take them 4 months to fix it and still wont work cause it just goes back out something always wrong with the plumbing and the landlord is quick to to kick you out rather than trying to fix the problem and he wins all the time because westland don't have court for tenants vs landlord so don't move into this apartment building i stay here now and going to move out once my lease is up i withheld rent because none of my repairs was done

THIS PLACE SUCKS!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The pool is never open. Your vehicle will get broken in to. Neighbors are poor and on government assistance. Most stay home and have nothing better to do than to get into your business. Very ghetto. Lots of cars driving by with loud music. THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. The managers continually change. When you have a problem they tell you it'll take 72 hours to respond and then they don't even respond. The roads are unsafe. There are few stop signs which leads to frequent accidents here and the management does nothing about it. There is little to no unpaid parking available. Management is in a hurry to bill you for something and not in any hurry to help you. Save yourself the anxiety. Move somewhere else.

DO NOT CHOOSE TO MOVE HERE!!!! MAKE THIS YOUR LAST RESORT!!!! I cannot believe how unprofessional this apartment complex is. Matinence workers do not perform matinence, they are too busy checking cars for expired tags, or if the car has not been moved, and if they find something wrong with the car, they tag it with a big orange sticker and tow it two days later. When I moved in, I asked to have the furnace filter replaced because my daughter has asthma, and when they pulled it out, IT WAS PITCH BLACK!!! They did not change it before I moved in!!! They have not changed it once and it has been ten months!!!The fire extinguisher they provided for my apt expired last year. Matinence does not come for anything. My walkin closet light, my bathroom fan, and my closet door have all been broken for the better part of the year. They do not keep the hallways clean, I have pictures of a coffee spill on the floor that wasnt cleaned up for two months. AND WHEN YOU FINALLY GET FED UP AND WANT TO TALK TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE.... FORGET IT!!!! THEY ARE LOCATED IN CONNECTICUT SOMEWHERE AND THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER OR AN ADDRESS FOR THEM SO COMPLAINTS GO NOWHERE. ALSO THEIR SECURITY GUARDS HARRASS THE HELL OUT OF YOU, ME PERSONALLY, THEY WATCH MY HOUSE AND MAKE NOTES OF WHO IS COMING AND WHO IS GOING AND FOR HOW LONG. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!
