Extremely DISSATISFIED - Did NOT get this truck with a full tank of gas, although it looked close enough to appear full upon initial inspection. But....after using this truck for just 23 miles total, it took 7 gallons of gas to fill it up. When I asked the Storage/U-Haul person if I could get reimbursed for the 4 or 5 gallons of gas I was shorted originally (5 x $2.25 = $11.25), he said that was just my bad luck AND since U-Haul doesn't reimburse them for such things, so they can't reimburse me. This same person then threw in that "this U-Haul stuff probably isn't worth it to them anyway as they really didn't make any money on it". Well they certainly do when they get guys like me to cover their missed fill-ups of gas. I will NOT use this location again AND U-Haul will not see me again (or anyone I talk to) unless it's as a last resort.
