I have been to Firing Line to shoot at their range a few times- they do get pretty busy, but the staff was friendly and helpful every time I've gone.

Your service in this place all depends on who waits on you whether you get the person who is really really helpful or the arrogant douche who thinks he knows everything about guns... Same thing goes for behind the counter the people that check it out when you go give them your hard earned money, there's a couple of people that are really really nice and then the one I had check me out yesterday who was just.... wow.. kind of rude but she did finish her text message before she waited on me that was nice of her

Was quoted a price and had them order the firearm. When it came in they told me the price changed $100 more. I wasn't too happy about that and will probably never do business with them again. As for the staff, some were very nice and others were rather rude and would never work for me.
