I always tell my family if I am missing, look for me in the CVS pharmacy line. The service s horrible, the lines long and no one picks up the phone. My latest prescriptions took 2 days to fill and I was 9th on the pick up line. Keep in mind most of the customers are elderly and cannot stand on these long lines.

With changing health programs I can only imagine what it's like to work in a pharmacy. The staff is overly helpful every time I come in, and if anyone thinks that not planning ahead is the way to go...then you will have to wait. I saw a lady the other day wanting a flu shot, and upset they couldn't administer it immediately and she was late for work! What!? Find compassion, and plan ahead as much as possible.

I have been going to that pharmacy for several years; service has steadily been getting worse; prescript. not filled when they say it will be, then having to wait 1/2 hr.for same. I was given the wrong prescript. even though I have been getting it monthly for the past 2 years. Prescriptions I delivered to the pharmacy to be put in the computer for when the old one expires was lost,etc. Terrible service!!!!!! There was a new female mgr. several months ago that was doing a great job, but then she disappeared. When you complain, you feel no sympathy nor that anything will change. CVS management needs to change this!!!!!!

If this had a no star option Id choose it. This location is horrible. I called twice this week to see if a perscription was filled. I waited on hold for greater than 5 mins both times. Then the pharmacy clerk said that she'd call my Dr for the perscription refill information. Next day I call again. Oh, the DR never called us back. Day 3 same response. I called my DR's office got ahold of someone within a min and was told, "No, I never heard from CVS" I can send that refil infor to them now... I called CVS again, On hold for 5+ mins and then the clerk said: Oh, no there is no perscription here for you. I waiting for 1/2 hour. CVS called me this time. This clerk said: Im calling you because we have a 3+ day old persciption. Do you still need it? Bottom line: i picked up that refill and switched to another pharmacy. Kramers in agoura to be exact!!!
