The owner, Todd Cleavenger has not paid previous employee's for the hours they worked, he has asked employee's to lie about the equipment and bulbs. He calls the younger girls who work at his salons, "air heads, stupid, idiots". He has illegally used employee's state ID's to obtain state certifications, including taking the state tests in other's names. The salon has been without sanitizer on several occasions and he tries to threaten employee's with losing their jobs if they done't open and us other cleaning agents. He pays $5.50 an hour and tells the employees they are independent contractors selling his products and time in his beds. The salon is often closed due to lack of employees
