Extremely professional! Arrived at 6:00AM and were done by 9:00AM, stripped 2 layers of old roof on garage, stripped carport and shed. Installed new shingles, drip edge, ice and water shield. All workers were fast and new their job. Cleaned up everything. Price was very reasonable! Would DEFINATELY RECOMMEND!!

If you're just looking for a 5 (five)-year roof, he's your guy. I just purchased a home that Patrick Kelly installed a roof on ten years ago. Now shingles on half of the roof are falling off, and some areas have already had to have been replaced by the previous owner. Every roofing contractor I have had come out has said it was installed improperly, not to code. Incorrect number of nails per shingle, plus incorrect placement of nails, plastic wrap that covers the adhesive portion in the box was not all removed before installation. I called Patrick Kelly to see if he would do anything since he installed it. He told me his labor was only guaranteed for 5 years, plus the previous homeowner didn't transfer the warranty to the new owners, so he wasn't "liable" (his words). Good business sense would have him come check it out and maybe offer a discount on the work, but he offered nothing. He may say he stands by his work, but clearly he doesn't.
