They are awful! Management company are slumlords who prey on poorest renters and provide awful living conditions and stuff their pockets with government money instead of providing timely repairs/proper living conditions! They've been getting away with it for years and they know no one will compromise the ability to live in such a safe area with their low income so they will continue to do it no worries. Don't rent while Valenti manages them or you will be sorry.
