Reasonably-priced oil changes (unlike my one experience at Valvoline) but, more importantly, they always let me know problems with my car but are completely honest. Ed, mechanic, and Liz, customer service, are always friendly and, again, seem to be candid about priority problems, etc. I've also seen Liz, on another occasion, bend over backwards to get a woman who barely knew any English, to Groton or somewhere. They also have coffee, water, and Wi-Fi!

They are honest and reasonable pricing. I go here for oil changes and other work. Very nice.

I feel I was taken awhile back by Midas. I ordered 3 tires, which were on sale. When the tires arrived only 1 came in the shipment. I had to by 2 tires that weren't on sale. It's a gimmick.
