Westchester Eye Surgeons, S.C. cannot reply about any specific patient due to HIPPA restrictions but we would like to clarify office policy. Our longstanding practice is not to express opinions regarding services provided by nonaffiliated healthcare professionals. We feel that such opinions should be expressed by the healthcare professional that is familiar with examination findings.

I asked him to repeat what condition I had of my eyes that he would not see me for an eye exam and he was very rude and with a harsh reply told me to see the doctor that I was transferring from and ask them. Was very dissatisfied with his demeanor. Not going back there.
