Contacted them for an issue regarding my laptop screen shutting off once every week or two.



Took them a week to "diagnose" the problem even though I asked for them to rush it since it was my school laptop at the time. Diagnosis cost $100 and they told me I needed a new $650 graphics card.



After I said no, i took the computer back and continued using it. After I got the computer back the screen would go out at least once a day, and the problem was DRASTICALLY worse. I called them about this issue demanding an explanation, they said they did nothing internal but just ran a simple diagnostic tool... So i guess use this company if you want them to run a $100 diagnostic tool that will take them a week to run.
